This proposed mobile app is a peer-to-peer lending application. Users agree to lend money to borrowers based on their individual circumstances.
A Service Design Challenge
This challenge involved a workflow problem that a plumbing company was having. Crucial information was frequently being left out by call agents who scheduled the service appointments, leading to unnecessary rescheduling and a poor customer experience. I designed a solution to ensure that essential information would be recorded.
